Q. What facilities are included in the licence fee?

Q. Is there a minimum term?

Normally traditional office space would involve a solicitor to negotiate an intricate office rental agreement before you can lease your desired office accommodation. DBH ensure that complicated lease agreements are a thing of the past by operating with flexible licence agreements allowing our customers the freedom of committing themselves for as little as one month. Our licence agreements are designed to be easy to read and offer our tenants maximum service for minimal commitment. .

 
Q. What if my office requirements change while I’m with DBH?

Due to the flexibility of our licence agreements DBH will always endeavor to accommodate any planned expansion or when called upon decrease in size from our tenants.

Our multiple site locations allow current tenants to expand to new parts of the UK knowing they will receive the high standards they have become accustom to at their previous DBH centre.


Q. What do I need to do to setup my telephones and broadband?

Very little.  At DBH all our fully furnished offices include analogue telephone lines and handsets; we can also offer the services of our reception team who can act on behalf of your company by taking your incoming calls. Due to the state-of-the-art infrastructure at our centres we are able to offer high speed internet connectivity and specific broadband products for our tenants needs.

 
Q. Can you supply me with additional administration support?

At every DBH business centre there is a trained receptionist who can answer calls in your company name and also provide a range of support services, such as filing, typing, faxing and photocopying.  Our onsite administration staff means there is no longer any need to outsource for administration staff to complete your clerical tasks.

 
Q. How soon can I move into my office?

Normally the procedures involved in taking traditional space can see you waiting months before you are ready to move in. DBH business centres can make the transition of moving in quick and easy, licence agreements can be constructed swiftly giving perspective tenants an exact indication of when they can occupy the office.

 
Q. I have clients visiting me from all over the UK, will this cause a problem?

DBH can work on many levels for companies that have a presence in various cities across the UK; our multiple locations allow tenants to use our meeting room’s at the most convenient location. DBH has parking facilities at all of its business centres removing one more problem from the equation.

 
Q. Do DBH have meeting room facilities onsite?

A. We can provide a range of hot and cold beverages and a comprehensive buffet service to suit any budgetary or dietry requirements.

 
Q. DBH Business centres have exactly what I want, what’s the next step?

To start proceedings DBH would need a signed License Agreement, some form of identification and a completed standing order mandate. Once the initial funds and deposit have been cleared our on site management team will contact you and arrange a formal introduction to the business centre and its facilities.

 
Q. Does DBH provide furniture?

Yes. DBH is fully aware that when you become involved in a traditional office lease it is down to you to fit your office space with the required furniture, DBH ensure that this is one less thing to worry about as offices are prepared for immediate occupancy..
