The Bridgewater Complex (Workshops)

DBH Bridgewater has a number of fully-serviced workshops ranging from 494 sq.ft. to 3,545 sq.ft. that are available on easy in - easy out terms.

The Bridgewater Complex comprises of purpose-built high specification industrial units. The units are available on a traditional or fully serviced basis with all new office furnishings supplied.

As a purpose-built centre, the Bridgewater Complex will consist of new fixtures and fittings throughout, as well as state-of-the-art telecoms and data infrastructure with letting terms inclusive of business rates, service charges, heating and lighting.

As at our other DBH sites in Liverpool the Bridgewater site will be fully serviced with an on-site management team dedicated to providing its occupants with a high level of customer service with a manned reception area. The site will also be ring-fenced with fully-integrated CCTV providing our clients with a secure environment in which to operate their business.

The area has a thriving business community and the location of the Business Centre allows it to be highly accessible by road, rail and bus and, at the same time, a short journey into or out of Liverpool city centre.
